Lesley began teaching in 1989 in Leixlip, Co. Kildare. over the next 30 years, Lesley led her dancers to South Leinster, Leinster and All Ireland & International title, along with performing throughout Ireland and in Disneyland Paris. Katie danced under the guidance of Lesley at the Daniels School, and after a successful competitive career, joined the internationally touring company Celtic Legends as the principal female dancer. In 2015, Katie joined the Daniels Bell Academy as a teacher.

The Daniels Bell Academy aims to promote a fun and friendly environment for each dancer, allowing each child to reach their own personal goals. The Daniels Bell Academy is registered with An Chomhdhail na Muinteoiri le Rince Gaelacha.
